Grassroots Constitutional Convention?

I suggest that a USA grassroots movement forms with the object of perfecting freedom domestically and internationally by instigating a Grassroots Constitutional Convention with the intention of ending the abuses of power by our two party system through multiple amendments each of which can be ratified by the States at their own pace.
